Voicely Role Terms of Service
Last updated: August 23, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Voicely Role, operated by Gozar Productions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the Bot, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a Discord server or organization, you represent that you may bind it to these Terms.
The Service and Administrator Responsibility
Voicely Role watches configured voice-channel occupancy and posts or updates role notifications when a threshold is reached.
Server administrators are responsible for:
- selecting watched and destination channels;
- setting thresholds and notification roles;
- managing excluded users and administrator roles;
- writing active and ended notification templates;
- granting appropriate Bot permissions; and
- ensuring role mentions and custom messages are lawful, accurate, appropriate, and not abusive or misleading.
Counts and notifications may be delayed, duplicated, inaccurate, or unavailable because of configuration, permissions, Discord events, outages, or software errors.
Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must meet Discord's minimum age for your country and comply with Discord's terms, community rules, and applicable law.
You may not use the Bot for:
- harassment, spam, or deceptive impersonation;
- unlawful monitoring;
- evading access or security controls;
- exploiting vulnerabilities;
- creating unreasonable load; or
- interfering with the Service or others.
Privacy and Content
Our processing is described in the Voicely Role Privacy Policy. Do not submit another person's information unless authorized. You retain rights in custom message templates and grant us a limited permission to store, process, display, and transmit them only to operate, secure, and support the Service.
We and our licensors retain rights in the Bot and branding. These Terms provide a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.
Availability, Changes, and Suspension
The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, rate-limit, suspend, or discontinue features. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and remove the Bot if authorized.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted, secure, error-free operation or delivery of any notification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gozar Productions LLC and its members, employees, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, or business interruption. Our total liability for all claims relating to the free Service will not exceed USD $100. These limits do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing Law and Changes
Arizona law governs these Terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law applies. Before filing a claim, contact us and allow 30 days for informal resolution. Courts with jurisdiction in Arizona will be the exclusive venue where legally permitted.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. Material changes apply prospectively with notice where required; continued use after they take effect means acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
