Voicely Ping Terms of Service
Last updated: August 23, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Voicely Ping, operated by Gozar Productions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the Bot, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a Discord server or organization, you represent that you may bind it to these Terms.
The Service
Voicely Ping lets users configure private notifications for voice-channel participation thresholds, silent hours, and Do Not Disturb periods. Notifications are informational and may be delayed, duplicated, or missed because of configuration, outages, Discord events, or software errors.
Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You must meet Discord's minimum age for your country and comply with Discord's terms, community rules, and applicable law.
You may not use the Bot to:
harass or unlawfully monitor people;
send spam;
evade access, rate, or security controls;
exploit vulnerabilities;
impose unreasonable load; or
interfere with the Service or other users.
Server administrators are responsible for appropriate Bot permissions and any required community notice.
Individual users are responsible for their notification thresholds, destinations, time zone, and silent-hours settings.
Privacy
Our processing of information is described in the Voicely Ping Privacy Policy. You must not submit another person's information to the Bot unless authorized to do so.
Ownership and Feedback
We and our licensors retain rights in the Bot and related branding. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us only the permission needed to process it to operate, secure, and support the Service. If you provide feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation.
Availability, Changes, and Suspension
The Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, rate-limit, suspend, or discontinue features. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and may remove the Bot if authorized.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gozar Productions LLC and its members, employees, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from the Service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the free Service will not exceed USD $100. These limits do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing Law and Changes
Arizona law governs these Terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law applies. Before filing a claim, contact us and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. Courts with jurisdiction in Arizona will be the exclusive venue where legally permitted.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. Material changes apply prospectively with notice where required; continued use after they take effect means acceptance to the extent allowed by law.
